An 18-39 year old member of a family that is receiving or recently received Food Stamps.
An 18-39 year old resident of Empowerment Zone (EZ) Rural Renewal County (RRC) or Renewal Community (RC).
A 16-17 year old EZ, EC or RC resident hired between May 1 and September 15.
A veteran who is a member of a family that is receiving or recently received Food Stamps.
An individual who is receiving or has completed vocational rehabilitative services from a State Agency or the Veterans Administration.
An ex-felon.
A recipient of Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits or a ticket to work.
An individual who on August 28, 2005 had a principle place of abode in a Hurricane Katrina core disaster area.
A member of a family that received Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF), or Aid to Families with Dependent Children (AFDC). A member of a family whose TANF/AFDC eligibility expired under Federal or State law after August 5th, 1997.
